Today I will be doing an old topic of ours, called Top Tips.
Todays top tips, it will be on eyes.
Here they are:
With light skin and blue eyes, use pastel colours.
Your skin is too light to handle dark colours like brown, unless you do it properly.
Because of blue eyes, I think pastels lighten the eyes, if you do dark eyeshadow it'll darken the eyes and wont suit your skin tone.
Black mascara works with anything.
As you can see, brown doesn't really work
This eyeshadow suits the skin, but the eyes get washed out.
As you can see, pastels but darks really compliment each other.
And this makes the perfect eyeshadow tones.
